Shod With Wings

Shoes are the trail runner's single most important piece of equipment. A good pair of trail running shoes

  • Cushions every stride protecting all the joints of your body--ankles to neck--from every pounding stride.
  • Compliments and helps shape your running style.
  • Maximizes your energy.
  • Minimizes the chance of running injuries.
  • Provides the traction that keeps you from wipping out on rock, mud, snow and ice.

But how do you know

  • What style is best for you?
  • When to replace a worn-out injury-causing old pair of shoes?
  • What additional cushioning you might add to protect from sharp rocks on the trail?

Find everything you need to know in this free session to ensure you are shod with wings and not anchors! Simply complete the sign-up form to get started!

You Are What You Eat

A healthy trail running diet makes a huge difference in how fast you build your conditioning and how light and strong you feel on the mountain trails. Your diet can

  • Extend your endurance.
  • Help prevent injury and sickness (down-time).
  • Greatly speed your recovery from injury, sickness or a hard workout.

Beyond diet, there is the question of health supplements. Some are dangerous, others are just a waste of money, but some can be essential.

Trail running is an activity that draws a tremendous amount of your body's resources. Here you will find everything you need to know to make sure the well is filled, and filled the the right stuff! Simply complete the sign-up form to get started!

Avoiding Running Injuries

Running injuries are simply horrible! Every stride agrivates the pain and the damage, turning the otherwise joyful experience of trail running into sheer torture, while bringing your conditioning program to a sudden halt. You miss trail running opportunities and begin to feel emotionally and even spiritually starved. You watch helplessly as you begin to gradually lose all the ground you have gained.

It's ironic that most running injuries can be easily avoided, or quickly cured without missing even one workout! I know from direct experience and study, and in this session I will pass that knowledge on to you. Simply complete the sign-up form to get started!

David,

I want to let you know that I am blown away by the information you provide in your email series and on your associated website! And I want to acknowledge you for making it available. Thank you!

I have been interested in internet marketing for some time but it’s a huge arena and I haven’t found any resources that present it in the organized and easy to follow way that you do. Coupled with the organized links to resources on your website, it makes an incredible tool. I can tell that I will be able to educate myself in a structured way. I also work to create organization and simplicity out of chaos and overload for my clients just as you have done with the internet marketing information. So thank you for that. I see your site as a wonderful portal into the world of internet marketing.

I should also add that I have been exposed to many similar ‘pitches’ from some relatively well-known internet marketers, but none of them have been as comprehensive, complete, organized, and generous in their offerings. I’m taking myself off their lists! I thank you for the time, effort, and knowledge you have been willing to share.

Part #7

Trail Technique

The way you run on combinations of different surfaces and inclines can mean the difference between running freely like the wind or having to focus so much attention on looking at the ground at your feet that you miss the joy and beauty of your surroundings. Acquirinjg a good trail running technique is similar to acquiring the technique of a master violinist or a master in any field. You systematically learn and practice basic technique until it becomes natural and unconscious. When you have internalized a natural effective trail running technique, your body, mind and spirit are free to be their best on the trail.

Musicians have their technique manuals and classes. Here is a session for the trail runner who would become a master. Simply complete the sign-up form to get started!

Part #8
