At age 50 I made a trip that normally takes about six hours up to the summit of Oregon's 11,300ft Mt. Hood in just 2 1/2 hours. I reached the summit with energy to spare and to fully enjoy the experience. I owe it in a large part to my revolutionary combination of LightFastand Fun Trail Running Gear.
