On September 17, 2006 I launched the beginning of LightFastandFun.com. Soon this page will be the portal to my LightFastandFun Trail Runner's Member Area. You will find a Forum enabling you to make connections with other trail runners and an extensive, growing Knowledge Base with key information to meet every trail running need and successfully overcome every trail running challenge!

In the meantime, would you like to post an article that contains information of value to the trail runner? Email me davidsmith@definewrite.com and attach your article (400-1,500 words). Include title, and suggest a subject area. Also include your name, a couple sentences that describe you, and any URL you would like to include.
